100 Founders.
No Bullshit.
A closed group of operators who open doors for each other. That's it.
First 15 founding members get in free. Forever.
Every founder community starts the same way.
They let too many people in. The quality dilutes. Within 18 months someone's posting a Medium article about founder mindset. You know the pattern.
This is the antidote.
What 100 Founders actually is.
- —A hard cap of 100 operators per community
- —Referral led.
- —$20/month. No events. No app. Just WhatsApp and results.
Let's be clear.
- Notfor idea-stage founders.
- Notfor agencies.
- Notfor consultants.
- Notfor people who sell to other founders.
- Nota place to promote yourself.
- Nota place to share content.
- Nota substitute for therapy.
- Nota Slack group with a monthly call.
- Notfor people who lurk.
- Notfor people who only show up when they need something.
- Notfree. ($20/month. Worth every penny or don't join.)
The rules are simple.
- 01Every message must be an ask, an offer, a signal, or news. Nothing else.
- 02No silent wins. If someone opens a door for you, you say so.
- 03Go dark for 90 days, you're out.
- 04One founder per company.
Harsh? Maybe. Effective? Yes.
Questions we get.
Why cap it at 100?+
Every founder community starts great. Then someone decides growth is the goal, the gates open, and within a year it's a feed of strangers shouting into a Slack. 100 is the cap. Not a soft target. Not a phase one. The cap.
Why charge for it?+
Two reasons. One — money filters. People who pay show up. Two — we're founders too, deep in the grind. This is a side hustle, not a venture. $20/month keeps it lean, keeps it ours, and keeps us from having to chase sponsors or stuff the room to make rent.
Won't you eventually open it up to more people?+
No. When we hit 100 we close it. If demand is real, we start a second group of 100 — separate, same rules. We don't dilute the first one to grow. Ever.
What's the actual point?+
To build a small, safe room of people who will pick up the phone for each other. Real intros. Real asks. Real answers. The kind of conversation you can't have on LinkedIn and won't have at a 500-person Slack.
What if I'm not a fit?+
Then you don't get in. That's not personal — it's the whole point. Founding 15 are hand-picked. After that, every spot is referral led and every referral is checked.
We open the group when the waitlist hits 50. We close it at 100.
We're not there yet.
